The Bank is introducing Online Dispute Redressal (ODR) wherein the customer can raise online dispute for digital channel transactions.

Customer needs to click on the  “Online Dispute Redressal (ODR)” icon which has been provided on the home page of our bank’s website under Digital banking. Upon lodging the complaint in ODR, the system provides a “Tracker Id “as an acknowledgement and also to track the progress of the complaint. Complainant has to preserve the “Tracker Id” reference.

  1.     Provide Your 10 digital Mobile No
  2.     Input the OTP
  3.     Select Product Type ( Eg IMPS, UPI, Debit cards -ATM, POS, Ecom)
  4.     Enter Account number, Card No, etc
  5.     Select Merchant/Beneficiary Name
  6.     Select Disputed transaction date (last 60 days)
  7.     Enter the dispute reason and details in the text box
  8.     Enter Submit
  9.     Your dispute will be successfully reported.
